Service Providers are required to be a licensed business/ operator in their Province and in good standing with municipal, provincial & federal government departments.
Service Providers are required to have good relationships with suppliers that will not jeopardize members from getting quality products at fair prices.
Service Providers will only provide members employees/ staff that are trained to perform the Service properly ensuring those employees/ staff do not have a criminal record or outstanding convictions.
Service Providers will only use the proper tools & materials when on a members property and will ensure all safety requirements are in place when performing the Services.
Service Providers will take the utmost care when on a members property and in so respect their household environment by conducting themselves in a professional manner, use proper language and communications and ensure the property is clean of debris after completion of the Service (or daily if the Services lasts longer than one day)
Service Providers will honour any warranties that extend beyond the completion of their Service and will ensure any difficiencies, poor quality of work & workmanship or uncompleted Services will be resolved to the satisfaction of members, within the scope of what the Service Provider was required to deliver.
