Receive and Complete Service Request
Recieve a member SERVICE REQUEST and respond within 24 hours. Tender an estimate within 7 days. If chosen set an appointment with member within 24 hours of acceptance. Complete service request and leave written warranty with member. Receive payment from member and forward to Manage Your Home.
Submit Work Order Details & Receive Payment
Send a detailed Description of Services (DOS) performed to Manage Your Home member (complete online if applicable). Send invoice and DOS to Manage Your Home (MYH) office. Collect payment 14 days after submission of invoice and DOS* (* LESS referral fee for each invoiced service rendered to MYH members)
