​Lets face it! We are all busy these days, and with a few exceptions, none of us has time to constantly keep up with ALL the regular UPKEEP around the property and home ... not to mention all those odd job REPAIRS that seem to catch us off guard!
House repairs and general maintenance can be frustrating and time consuming however, not staying on top of them can be unsafe, unhealthy or bring the value of your home down.      Maintaining a home is a BIG responsibility!

THE OLD WAY

​One of the options to handle repairs and maintenance is to Do-It-Yourself (DIY).  Most times this involves reading or watching a DIY video then head out to the local home improvement store only to drift aimlessly around looking for home products that are not even remotely close to the one you need.  
Another option might be randomly selecting a plumber, carpenter, electrician, painter or cleaning company that you know very little about only to be scheduled too far in advance for an estimate, IF they even show up. 
Even when they eventually show up for the appointment you still worry about their creditably or warranty of the service/product after they leave.  Then there's the invoice.. did you pay more than you should have IF you had taking the time to do more research.
​if that's not enough, add to that the frustration if you discover the work is poor or the service not up to your expectations!

Think of it in another way!  Your vehicle needs regular maintenance (oil & fluids change, filters replaced, tires changed etc.) in order to keep it working safely and being reliable for when you need to travel.  By neglecting a regular maintenance routine your vehicle will eventually break down from general wear and tear.  When this happens, you typically take your vehicle to a garage where a skilled mechanic does the work.
